We search for Lawyer with strong knowledge and working experience in:

General requirements:

• 23-35 years of age, Ukrainian university law degree (foreign training is an advantage);

• Experienced in contracts, civil and corporate law;

• 1 year + of strong experience in the named areas;

• Proven knowledge and experience of International Business law;

• Fluent English (knowledge of English legal terminology preferable),

• Ukrainian and Russian;

• Experience in working with US law;

• Strong experience in negotiations;

• Advanced PC user (Word, Excel, Internet);

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Advisable skills:

• Experience in other fields is an advantage.
