Work in Shostka city. Our client the leading international FMCG Company is recruiting for the position of Purchasing Manager

Responsibilities:

- Organizes participation of subordinate in development of business plans and short-term plans for supplies of materials and machinery and of financing plans, makes arrangements to timely conclude agreements with suppliers and extend direct and long-term economic relations. .

-Create transparent system of documents flow (include supplier’s identification in the system), control over PO and payables.

- Provides control over implementation of material and machinery supply plan of the enterprise, over correct use of working capital (in purchasing aspects)

- Cost saving initiatives, based on suppliers and market evaluation

- Ensures delivery discipline while fulfilling delivery obligations and ensures their compliance with concluded agreements and specifications.

- Organize cooperation with other departments including warehousing, pprepare timely information for financial, industrial and logistics departments.

- Participates in production and other meetings, in quality days, in product degustation related to the enterprise’s performance, in activities of commissions investigating reasons of undue supply of packaging, raw, auxiliary materials etc.

Requirements:

- Higher education in finance ,economics

- Fluent English

- Minimum 2 years experience on a similar position, preferably on FMCG products

- Strong analytical skills and learning agility
