GlobalLogic announces a competition for the position of Corporate Lawyer to work on the full time basis in Kiev office.

Successful candidates should meet the following requirements:



Strong knowledge of Ukrainian legislature, corporate law

Extensive practical experience with administrative and corporate legislature

Experience with Tax Authority litigations and appeals

Practical experience in court litigation

Experience with M&A deals due diligence

International corporate law experience

Fluent English
